I thought the item was part of the promo, but when I got to checkout, the discount just didn’t show up. The sale page was kind of a mess and didn’t really spell out what was included or not. I only figured it out after messing around with it for a while, which was annoying. They really need to make the deal details clearer
"Stock info was really frustrating"
Pretty annoying, honestly. I saw the jacket listed as in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it, thinking all was good, and then later I got a message saying it actually wasn’t available. The weird part is the site still showed sizes listed afterward, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I did get my refund, so that part was fine, but yeah, the stock system definitely needs to be fixed because it’s a hassle getting excited about something and then finding out it was never really available

"Checkout made me a little uneasy"
I had a bit of a stressful time paying on incu.com. My card got charged, but the confirmation didn’t come through right away, so I was just sitting there wondering if my order actually worked. The checkout page also wasn’t super clear, which made me feel a little nervous about the security side of things. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a grape popsicle while refreshing my email over and over, which probably didn’t help my mood. Support did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I’d hoped. I’d probably avoid using my main card there next time.

I ordered from incu recently, and the packaging was a mess. I was at home when it arrived, just making coffee and expecting a normal delivery, but the box was half crushed when I picked it up. The item inside barely had any protection either, just some loose paper thrown in that didn’t really seem to help at all. For what I paid, I really expected it to be packed with a bit more care. Maybe it was rushed or maybe it got handled badly in transit, but either way it felt careless. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Help was hit or miss"
I went into incu hoping someone could help me figure out the sizing on a jacket I was interested in, plus a bit more info about the material and fit.
The staff were friendly enough, but it felt like the help only worked when it wanted to. I asked basic questions, like whether it ran small or how the fabric wore, and the answers were vague enough that I didn’t feel much clearer after asking.
I ended up walking out without buying it because I just wasn’t confident. For the price of the stuff they sell, I expected the team to know the products a lot better

"Loyalty perks feel pointless"
I signed up mainly for the loyalty benefits, but am I the only one who feels like they’re not really worth it? The points barely seem to add up to anything, and when you actually want to use the rewards, they’re not that easy or useful. I expected a bit more from incu, honestly. Right now it just feels like I’m putting in effort for almost nothing.

"Delivery was such a headache"
I ordered from incu, and the delivery process was frustrating. The date kept getting pushed back, and I barely got any clear updates unless I went looking for them myself. It arrived much later than expected, and after that experience, I’d rather play it safe and not rely on them for shipping again.

I tried using the discount code at checkout and it just kept failing. I’m not totally sure if I missed some fine print or if the site was glitching, but either way it was frustrating.

"Nice-looking site, but kind of frustrating to use"
The site looks nice at first, but actually browsing it was annoying for me. The filters kept resetting, pages were loading slowly on my phone, and checkout felt clunky because I had to re-enter some information. Maybe it was just my experience, but I feel like a site should be smoother than that, right?

"Unfriendly staff made the visit uncomfortable"
I went into incu just hoping to have a relaxed look around, but the whole experience felt awkward from the start. No one greeted me or made me feel welcome, which already set a cold tone.
When I asked a simple question, it felt like I was interrupting them or being a hassle. I’m not expecting over-the-top service, but a basic friendly attitude goes a long way, especially in a store where people are there to browse and maybe buy something.
I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Maybe they were having an off day, but common sense says customers are more likely to stick around when the staff are approachable and helpful.

I ordered my usual size from Incu and the fit was completely off. It was way smaller than expected and didn’t match the size guide at all, which was frustrating because I was really looking forward to wearing it. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t super clear who actually takes ownership when the sizing info is wrong, it kind of feels like you’re just left to sort it out yourself. Now I have to deal with the return process, and after this I probably wouldn’t order clothes from here again.

"Fabric wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered a shirt based on the material description, but when it arrived, the fabric felt different from what was listed. It’s not the worst thing ever and the shirt is still wearable, but it was annoying and a bit disappointing. I feel like the product info should be more accurate, and I’d at least expect an apology for the mix-up...

"Did the colour look different to anyone else?"
I ordered from incu.com and the item itself arrived totally fine, but the colour wasn’t really what I expected. In the photos it looked like a soft beige, which is the main reason I chose it, but in person it’s more of a yellow/cream shade. Maybe I’m being picky, but it feels different to me. The quality seems okay, I just wish the pictures showed the colour a bit more accurately.

Checkout worked in the end, but it did feel kind of slow. The payment page loaded weird the first time, which made me pause for a second, but I tried again and the order went through. So, yeah, it worked, just not super smoothly.

"Range was a bit disappointing"
The range felt limited to me, like i said, it just didn’t go as far as I was expecting. It’s okay for short use, but like i said, if you need more distance, you might end up feeling a little let down.

I ordered the shoes but didn’t feel sure they were legit. I asked for better proof of authenticity before deciding to keep them, and the response I got was vague and took a while. On top of that, it felt like the terms kept changing once I started asking questions, which made me even less comfortable. I ended up returning them and don’t see myself ordering from them again

"A bit out of the way for me"
I do like some of the things Incu carries, and they have nice brands, but the location just isn’t that convenient for me. It’s a bit out of the way, like really out of the way for a quick stop, so I usually have to plan around going there.
For a store with this kind of selection, I kind of expected it to be easier to get to. If you live nearby it’s probably fine, probably not a big deal at all, but for me it’s just not worth making the trip most of the time.

I left feeling ripped off. The prices were on the high side, and I just assumed that meant the quality would be better, but it really didn’t feel worth the money. It kind of seems like they’re charging more than what the products actually deliver. I expected a lot more for what I paid, so I probably won’t be shopping here again.
